Cancellation Policy

DURING SPECIAL EVENTS HOSTED BY THE ASHRAM AS DECLARED ON https://heartfulness.org/kanha/events-listing,
THERE SHALL BE NO REFUND IN ANY CASE.

1. Cancellations requested up to 15 days before check-in date are liable for a 90% refund OR credit note.
2. Cancellations requested between 14 days up to 7 days before check-in date are liable for an 80% refund OR credit note.
3. Cancellations requested between 7 days up to 5 days before check-in date are liable for a 50% refund OR credit note.
4. Credit shall be valid for a duration of 30 days from the date of cancellation for Indian citizens.
5. For overseas citizens, the credit note shall be valid for 60 days from the date of cancellation.
6. Cancellations requested less than 7 days before check-in date are not liable for any refund or credit note.
7. For no-shows, there shall be neither refund nor credit.
8. Check-ins not completed up to 12 hrs. after the expected check-in date and time shall be considered as a no-show.
   Credit shall be valid for a duration of 30 days from the date of cancellation for Indian citizens.
9. Any premature checkouts made prior to the check-out date confirmed during the booking shall not be liable for any refund or credit note once the guest has already checked in.
10. For overseas citizens, the credit note shall be valid for 60 days from the date of cancellation.
