Terms & Conditions

1) In House Rules

In house rules shall be applicable to any individual who has availed the room stay option and is staying within the premises of The Pearl Hotel Kanha Shanti Vanam.

  1. CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIME 1 PM AND 12 PM RESPECTIVELY.
  2. MANAGEMENT IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE LOSS OF ANY PERSONA BELONGINGS.
  3. HOUSEKEEPING SERVICES WILL BE AVAILABLE ON REQUEST..
  4.  IN-ROOM DINING IS AVAILABLE AT ADDITIONAL CHARGES. FOR ORDER SCAN QR CODE INSIDE THE ROOM OR DIAL 1112. .
  5.  SMOKING IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED WITHIN THE PREMISES .
  6. KANHA MEDICAL CENTRE: 9AM TO 6PM- 9133310393.
  7. LAUNDRY FACILITY IS AVAILABLE.
  8. INDIVIDUALS ABOVE 7 YEARS OF AGE AT THE TIME OF CHECK IN SHALL BE REQUIRED TO AVAIL EXTRA BED AT STANDARD RATES IN CASE THE TOTAL NO. OF GUESTS WILLLING TO STAY EXCEEDS THE STANDARD ROOM CAPACITY.
  9. ALL INDIVIDUALS WILLING TO STAY IN THE ROOMS, SHALL PRODUCE VALID ID PROOF BEFORE CHECK IN. INDIVIDUALS WHO ARE NOT HAVING INDIAN NATIONALITY SHALL PRODUCE ADDITIONAL DOCUMENTS SUCH AS PASSPORT , VISA, OCI CARD AS APLICABLE BY  FRRO AND PASSPORT SIZE  PHOTOGRAPH OF THEMSELVES.
  10. THE GUEST SHALL  BE CHARGED FOR ANY PROPERTY DAMAGED OR MISSING
  11. LOSS OF ROOM KEY CARD SHALL BE CHARGED AT RS. 1000 PER CARD
  12. DAMAGE  OR STAINING TO THE BED LINEN CAN BE CHARGED UPTO 2000 RS. BASED ON THE EXTENT OF THE DAMAGE THAT SHALL BE DETERMINED BY THE MANAGER.

Early Check In or Late Check Out Charges Rs. 300 plus  GST per hour

Cancellation Policy
DURING SPECIAL EVENTS HOSTED BY THE ASHRAM AS DECLARED ON https://heartfulness.org/kanha/events-listing ,
THERE SHALL BE NO REFUND IN ANY CASE.

1.)Cancellations requested upto 15 days before check in date are liable for a 90% refund OR credit note. Cancellations requested between 14 days upto 7 days before check in date are liable for a 80% refund OR credit note Cancellations requested between 7 days upto 5 days before check in date are liable for a 50% refund OR credit note . Credit shall be valid for Duration of 30 days from the date of cancellation upon cancelation by Indian citizens.  For overseas citizens, the credit note shall be valid for 60 days from the date of cancellation. 

2.) Cancellations requested from less than 5 days  before check in date are not liable for any refund or credit note.
4) For no shows there shall be neither refund nor credit .
5) Check ins not completed up to 12 hrs. after the expected check in date and time shall be considered as no show.
6) Any premature checkouts that have been made prior to the check out date confirmed during the booking, shall not be liable for any refund or credit note once the guest has already checked in.

3) Restrictions:

  1. It is mandatory to provide a copy of driving licence, aadhar card , to be provided during check in.
  2. Pets are not allowed in the premises.
  3. Outside food is not allowed
  4. Consumption of alcohol  is strictly prohibited.
  5. Unmaried couples shall not be allowed to stay in the same rooms.
  6. Management reserves the right to deny permission to enter or stay  or avail any services to stay or dine in case the restrictions are violated or if there is any  discrepancy from the information provided at the time of online booking.
  7. Management  reserves the right to deny  admission to minors trying to avail room or restaurant services without the consent of their parent/ guardian.
  8. In case of violation of any of the above restrictions, management reserves the right to evacuate any guest outside ashram premises.
