Whose room is whose
The Pearl's banquet hall, conference hall and boardroom are ours, and we quote them. The auditorium, the conference centre and the meditation hall belong to Kanha Shanti Vanam and are booked through the campus events team, alongside a stay.
Every venue on this page is labelled with whose it is. That is partly honesty and partly the selling point: no other hotel in this corridor has a hall next door that holds a hundred thousand people.

Conferences & Conventions
Our banquet hall takes 275 theatre across 3,041 sq ft, with 1,350 sq ft of pre-function space for registration, coffee and the conversations that are the actual reason people came.
Residential is where this property is strongest. Delegates sleep on site, walk to the session, and do not spend an hour of the morning in traffic getting to it. Forty-four rooms at The Pearl, thirty more in the wellness block, and campus accommodation beyond that.
For anything larger than 275, the campus has a purpose-built auditorium and a conference centre - genuinely large rooms, booked through Kanha's events team. Their published capacities have not been released, so we quote them only after we have confirmed them for your dates rather than printing a number here.
Board Meetings & Offsites
A boardroom for twenty-four, a conference hall of 840 sq ft, and a meeting room that takes up to forty with an LED screen. Small, residential, and far enough out that nobody slips away at lunch.
The corridor around us - Kothur, Nandigama, Shadnagar - is full of operations that need somewhere to take a leadership team for two days. Procter & Gamble, Johnson & Johnson, MSN Laboratories and Natco Pharma all have plants nearby. The alternative is a city hotel where the offsite competes with the office, or a resort four hours away.
The yoga class is fifty metres from the meeting room and it is free. Whether that belongs in your agenda is your call, but it is the reason people describe a two-day session here differently afterwards.
Dealer Meets & Exhibitions
Banquet and pre-function combined: 3,041 plus 1,350 sq ft. Product on tables in the pre-function space, 275 seated for the presentation, 325 standing for the reception afterwards, 180 on rounds for dinner.
Parking is not a constraint, which is unusual for a venue this close to Hyderabad and matters a great deal for a dealer meet where two hundred people arrive in their own cars. Golf carts move people across the campus. Overflow accommodation is on site rather than a shuttle ride away.

Weddings & Family Celebrations
We are not going to market this as a destination wedding venue, because we cannot yet show you that it is one.
Here is exactly where it stands. Weddings have taken place on this campus. Neither The Pearl nor Kanha Shanti Vanam publishes a wedding offering, a capacity or a package, and the property appears on no wedding venue directory. There is no published policy either permitting or prohibiting a commercial wedding, and the campus has a vegetarian dining norm and an alcohol policy we have not seen in writing.
So rather than print a promise we would then have to walk back, we would rather have the conversation. Tell us what you are planning - the size, the days, what matters most about it - and we will get you a definite answer from the property before you commit to anything, including a no.
Cultural & Government Events
This is the section with proof rather than adjectives. The campus next door has hosted the President of India, the Vice-President, the Union Ministry of Culture and the Ministry of Ayush - and the numbers below are other people’s published figures, not ours.
The Global Spirituality Mahotsav ran here over four days in March 2024, inaugurated by the President of India with the valedictory address by the Vice-President, co-organised with the Union Ministry of Culture. Reported attendance figures vary by source between thirty thousand on the opening day and seventy thousand across the event; more than three hundred spiritual leaders took part.
In May 2026 the Morarji Desai National Institute of Yoga, under the Ministry of Ayush, ran a Yoga Mahotsav here in the fifty-day countdown to International Yoga Day - six thousand participants and an Asia Book of Records entry. In 2022 the fourth Rising With Kindness Youth Summit brought around twelve thousand young people, with UNESCO MGIEP and AICTE.
The infrastructure behind that: overnight capacity on the campus of roughly forty thousand, and a kitchen that has cooked for a hundred thousand. The Pearl is where the delegation sleeps.
Venues & Capacities
The Pearl's own rooms are from our fact sheet and you can plan against them. Kanha's are real rooms whose published capacities we do not have; they show as to-confirm rather than as an estimate.

Because nobody publishes them. The auditorium and conference centre exist and are officially listed, but no seat count, hall inventory or floor plan is public. We have asked the client for them. Until they arrive we would rather show you a gap than an estimate you might plan a budget around.
Heartfulness's own material calls it the world's largest meditation hall; reported capacity of up to a hundred thousand comes from third-party sources and Heartfulness's 2022 conference brochure, not from a published venue specification. It is included because it is a real part of what this destination is, and flagged because the number is not ours.
Forty-four rooms at The Pearl and thirty in the wellness block. Beyond that, campus accommodation - comfort dorms, Kanha guest rooms and Madhuvanam apartments - with no published key counts. Overall campus overnight capacity is stated at around forty thousand for major events.
The Pearl's restaurant seats forty, so anything larger is catered in the banquet hall or taken in the campus dining hall. The campus kitchen has served a hundred thousand meals at a single event. Seat counts for the dining hall and cafés are not published.
Auditorium name, seat count and AV specification. Conference centre hall names and capacities. Whether a lawn or open-air venue exists. Dining hall seating. Written policy on alcohol, non-vegetarian catering, music and timings. Those eight items are the difference between this table and a complete one.

Before you enquire
Six of the eight items on our open list with the client are event policies and campus capacities. We publish what is confirmed and flag what is not - on a proposal worth lakhs, a guess is worse than a gap.
Across Kanha Shanti Vanam, vegetarian dining is the published norm - the campus dining hall, the cafés and delegate catering at campus conferences. For a dealer meet or an institutional dinner this is the first thing to know, not the last. The Pearl's own restaurant serves South Indian, North Indian and Continental within that.
No official page states an alcohol policy for the campus or the hotel. We are not going to tell you it is permitted and we are not going to tell you it is banned. It is on our list of things to get confirmed in writing, and if it matters to your event, raise it in the first conversation rather than the last.
Also unpublished. A spiritual campus will have norms around amplified music and late finishes, and we would rather establish them for your specific event than publish a guess here.
Anything in The Pearl's own rooms runs on the hotel's terms. Anything in a campus venue runs on Kanha's, and is booked through their events team. We will tell you which applies to each part of your programme before you sign anything.

Yes - 44 rooms at The Pearl and 30 in the wellness block, with campus accommodation beyond that. Residential is the format this property handles best: delegates walk to the session instead of driving to it.
Rajiv Gandhi International is 27.5 km, about 45 minutes. Airport transfers are ₹1,600 for a sedan, ₹2,000 for an Innova or XUV and ₹2,500 for an Innova Crysta, excluding 5% GST.

Social Celebrations
Milestones, and the dinners institutions owe people.
An anniversary, a sixtieth, a retirement, a graduation, a foundation dinner. The banquet hall does 180 on rounds and 325 standing, and the gardens do the part a room cannot.
The campus is the reason to hold it here rather than in the city. Guests who arrive the night before have somewhere to walk in the morning, something to look at, and a buggy tour to fill an afternoon - which turns a one-evening event into a weekend people remember.
Catering is vegetarian. Say the word and we will send the current banquet menus rather than describe them.
