The Pearl · Kanha
Kanha Shanti Vanam, Telangana
The hotel
Opened in 2018, The Pearl sits within the green expanse of Kanha Shanti Vanam. Pale stone, warm timber and garden-facing windows give its 44 rooms and suites a quiet sense of place. Beyond the doors, landscaped gardens, restored woodland and the campus's remarkable meditation spaces invite you to experience a different rhythm of stay.
Accommodation
Thoughtfully appointed rooms look onto greenery, with daylight, practical workspaces and everyday comforts creating an inviting base for business, family stays and campus visits.
Designed for a restful stay, the Deluxe Room pairs garden-facing windows with a dedicated work desk and a comfortable seating area. A considered choice for guests who want the ease of a well-equipped room within the Kanha campus.
With a separate sitting area and two king-size beds, the Suite gives families and visiting speakers more room to settle in. Two separate washrooms add everyday convenience to a spacious, garden-facing stay.

In the hotel
The list below is the hotel's own. Where a facility sits on the wider campus rather than inside the building, it says so - a distinction most hotel websites blur.
Resident facilities
Room amenities
A short walk from the hotel, shared with the wider campus.
Dining
One restaurant, cooking for the hotel and for the people who came to the campus.
The hotel's dining room, looking out over planting on three sides. Buffet service at each meal with an à la carte menu alongside, and food for a group of two hundred handled with the same attention as a table for two.
Meetings and occasions
Rooms, food and beds on one site, so a two-day meeting does not become a logistics exercise.
Conference hall 840 sq ft · Boardroom 24
A conference room of 840 sq ft, and a boardroom seating twenty-four. Residential meetings are the hotel's most natural fit.
ENQUIRE
2 to 10 nights
Programmes run from two nights to ten, built around rest rather than around a schedule. Run with the campus wellness team.
ENQUIRE

ENQUIRE
Campus venues, on request
For anything larger, the campus has its own venues, bookable alongside a stay. They are Kanha's rooms rather than the hotel's - we will say which is which.

Getting here
Thirty-one kilometres from an international airport, and far enough past it that you hear birds instead of traffic. Practical for a two-night meeting.
Hyderabad airport
Leave the airport on the Bengaluru highway and turn off at Thimmapur. Transfers arranged by reservations.
Nearest railhead
The closest station. Secunderabad is 54 km and Hyderabad Deccan 48 km if you are on a long-distance train.
The city
Far enough out that the city stops before you arrive. Straight down NH 44, most of it open road.
Business corridor
Natco, MSN Labs, P&G, Johnson & Johnson, Amazon HYD7 and the Microsoft data centre.
Why this hotel
Not near the campus - within it. The gardens, the woodland and the meditation hall are a walk from your room, not a drive.
Small enough that the front office knows your name by the second morning, and large enough to hold a full residential meeting.
A yoga studio, Kerala Ayurveda and a wellness centre on the same campus - gently available, never imposed on a stay.
A banquet hall, a conference room and open pavilions, so a company can meet, eat and sleep without leaving the grounds.
The setting
Kanha Shanti Vanam was largely barren ground before it was planted. What stands now is restored woodland, a nursery, formal gardens and open water - and at its centre Babuji Vanam, described by its makers as the world's first energy transmission garden: forty tree species, medicinal planting, a central water body and gravel pathways laid for walking barefoot. The meditation hall was built for a hundred thousand people and is most days almost empty. None of this belongs to the hotel. The hotel simply sits inside it, which is the whole proposition.
Kanha Shanti Vanam is a Heartfulness campus. The Pearl is its hotel.
